Negroni automnal sans alcool
The Negroni appeared in 1919, created by Fosco Scarselli at Caffè Casoni in Florence for Count Camillo Negroni, who was tired of always drinking an Americano. Here is an alcohol-free version, nicely bitter and above all spiced, to make you want to enjoy the patio under a blanket.
Ingredients
1 oz (30 ml) of NOA Spiced Rum
1 ½ oz (45 ml) of NOA Italian Bitter
¾ oz (22 ml) of NOA Sweet Vermouth
Orange zest (for garnish)
Preparation
Combine: Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir: Stir with a bar spoon until your fingers are cold.
Strain: Strain into a short glass with one large ice cube.
Garnish: Garnish with an orange zest.
