Apple Martini sans alcool
The Apple Martini (also known as the Appletini) was reportedly invented in 1996 in Hollywood. It was without a doubt one of the most ordered "sweet" martinis in the bars of the 90s, and Patrice from NOA and Monsieur Cocktail made an alcohol-free version that is much more balanced.
Ingredients
1 oz (30 ml) of NOA Spiced Rum
½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail Ginger Syrup
1 ½ oz (45 ml) of cloudy apple juice
Apple slices (for garnish)
Preparation
Shake: Add the ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice and shake until your fingers are very cold.
Strain: Double strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish: Garnish with apple slices.
