Non-Alcoholic Bitter Spirit

It is an alcohol-free version of an Italian-style bitter, the red or orange drink behind cocktails like the Negroni. Several here are inspired by Campari.

Bitter orange, herbs and a gentle sweetness. It is bold on its own, so most people mix it rather than sip it straight.

Pour it over ice with soda water for a simple spritz, or use it in a non-alcoholic Negroni with a non-alcoholic gin and a sweet vermouth alternative. A slice of orange finishes it well.

Lyre's Italian Orange and Undone Italian Bitter Type are orange bitters, and Le Petit Beret Lemon Yellow is a lemon bitter.

NOA Italian Bitter is available in 700 mL and in 250 mL.
