Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada from our warehouses in Quebec and British Columbia. Your rate depends on where your order is going. All thresholds below are calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping rates — Canada

Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Please allow 1 business day for processing, then:

• Ontario & Quebec: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Remote and rural addresses

Some locations fall outside our standard courier network and may not qualify for our regular or free shipping rates. Additional fees may apply to remote, rural or extended-service areas. If extra charges are needed, someone from our team will contact you before your order ships to go over the options with you.

Shipping to the United States

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
• If your address falls outside our standard network, we will contact you to find the best option.

Worldwide shipping

Includes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and all other international destinations. Fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and shown before you pay. We take every precaution to get your package there safely, but we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs in transit.

Where we ship from

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Quebec or our warehouse in British Columbia, whichever gets your order to you faster.

Incorrect shipping address

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. If a package comes back to us marked incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost for your region:

• Ontario & Quebec: $9.99 deducted
• Rest of Canada: $19.99 deducted
