Monsieur Cocktail developed their tasting profile with the raw material - Chardonnay white grape juice - and built up the finesse of the bubbles and the wine aromatic signature. Aromatic Signature: Chardonnay, Quince, Apple confit, Grapefruit

Tasting Notes: A fresh bouquet of pink grapefruit peel warms the nose, followed by graves and butter aromas common in a Chardonnay. On the patate, the bubble is lively and offers notes of quince and apple confit, with a slightly tannic finish.

Very cold in a champagne flute or a coupe.
