WINTER SHIPPING POLICY

MANITOBA, SASKATHEWAN, ALBERTA, BRITISH COLOMBIA

Please note that from December 1 to March 15, deliveries to colder regions may take longer due to winter shipping conditions.

To protect products from freezing, these orders require heated transport. Here’s what to expect:

  • We use heated trucks to ensure products arrive safely.
  • Typical delivery time is 6–10 business days.
  • You may see a shipping label created from our Quebec warehouse, followed by no tracking updates for up to 5 business days.
  • Tracking updates usually appear 3–7 business days later, once the order reaches our West Coast warehouse.

Shipping Rates (Canada)

    Ontario & Quebec

    • Free shipping on orders $75+ (After discount and before taxes).
    • For orders under $75, shipping is a flat rate of $9.99.

    Rest of Canada

    • Free shipping on orders over $145+ (After discount and before taxes).
    • For orders under $145, shipping is a flat rate of $19.99.

    Canadian Territories

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

    Some locations may fall outside our standard courier network. If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you to find the best available solution.

    Delivery Time (Canada)

    We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 business day to process your order before shipping, followed by delivery lead times based on the destination.

    • Ontario & Québec: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
    • Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday)

    Where are you located?

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Quebec, Canada.

    Wrong Shipping Address

    Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. In instances where a package is returned to sender with the reason of incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the order. However, please note that we will deduct the applicable shipping fees from the refund based on the customer's region.

    • Ontario & Quebec (QC): $9.99 will be deducted
    • Rest of Canada: $19.99 will be deducted.

    Shipping to USA

    **IMPORTANT** Due to the new Canada–US export regulations, US orders are currently shipped every 10 days as we adjust our shipping process.

    ALL US ORDERS ARE STRICTLY NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

    NY, NJ, ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, PA

    • Free shipping on orders over $199 (After discount and before taxes).
    • For orders under $199, shipping is a flat rate of $24.99.

    Rest of US 

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

    Worldwide Shipping 

    • Includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and all other international destinations.

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

    • Your exact shipping rate will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
