Patrice Plante, the man behind NOA
Patrice Plante founded NOA in Quebec in 2023 with one goal: a non-alcoholic spirit for people who still love the taste of a real cocktail.
Instead of removing alcohol from something that already exists, NOA builds every recipe from scratch, macerating herbs, roots, spices and citrus the way European liqueurs are made. The judges noticed: Best Canadian Spirit in 2023 and 2024, up against spirits with alcohol.
"Serving a better tomorrow" is printed on his t-shirt, and it is the idea behind every bottle.

NOA spirits contain less than 0.5% ABV. They are crafted from scratch, with no alcoholic fermentation process, so they are not dealcoholized.
