Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch (Easy Batch Recipe)
Looking for a non-alcoholic Christmas punch that tastes like a real party drink? This one mixes alcohol-free sparkling wine, a spiced non-alcoholic rum, cranberry juice and spicy ginger beer. It takes 10 minutes, makes about 8 glasses (2 L), scales easily for a crowd, and everyone at the table can have a glass, whether they drink or not.
The trick is balance: tart cranberry, warm spice and bubbles, so it tastes like a grown-up holiday cocktail and not a bowl of fruit juice.
Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) of Nozeco Sparkling Wine, well chilled
3/4 cup (175 ml) of NOA Spiced Rum
2 cups (500 ml) of cranberry juice, unsweetened or light for a drier punch
2 cans (237 ml each) of The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer, well chilled
1/3 cup (80 ml) of fresh orange juice (about 1 orange)
Garnish: fresh or frozen cranberries, orange slices, rosemary sprigs and 2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Build the base: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, stir together the cranberry juice, orange juice and NOA Spiced Rum. Drop in the cinnamon sticks.
Chill: Refrigerate the base for at least 30 minutes so the cinnamon can infuse.
Add the bubbles: Right before serving, pour in the chilled Nozeco and the ginger beer. Stir once, slowly, to keep the fizz.
Garnish and serve: Add a large block of ice, float the cranberries, orange slices and rosemary on top, and ladle into ice-filled glasses.
Preparation advice
Make it ahead: Mix the base (juices and NOA) up to 24 hours ahead and keep it in the fridge. Add the sparkling wine and ginger beer only when guests arrive, so the punch stays fizzy.
For 10 guests (about 2.6 L): 1 bottle of Nozeco, 250 ml of NOA, 750 ml of cranberry juice, 3 cans of ginger beer, 125 ml of orange juice and 2 cinnamon sticks.
For 25 guests (about 7 L): 3 bottles of Nozeco, 1 bottle (700 ml) of NOA, 2 L of cranberry juice, 7 cans of ginger beer (two 4-packs), 300 ml of orange juice and 4 cinnamon sticks.
Keep it cold, not watery: Use one large block of ice or an ice ring instead of small cubes. It melts slower and keeps the flavour.
Variations
- Pomegranate punch: Swap half the cranberry juice for pomegranate juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
- Rosé punch: Use Nozeco Sparkling Rosé instead of the white for a pinker, berry-forward bowl.
- Less sweet: Use unsweetened cranberry juice and replace one can of ginger beer with sparkling water.
- Warm version: Skip the bubbles, heat the juices with the cinnamon and a few cloves, then stir in the NOA off the heat.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make a Christmas punch the day before?
Yes. Mix the juices and NOA up to 24 hours ahead and add the sparkling wine and ginger beer just before serving.
Is this punch really alcohol-free?
Nozeco and NOA contain less than 0.5% alcohol and the ginger beer is 0.0%, so the punch stays under 0.5%.
How much punch do I need per guest?
Plan about 250 to 300 ml per guest for one glass, and double it for a long evening.
What can I use instead of non-alcoholic rum?
A spiced non-alcoholic whiskey or an orange bitter aperitif. Keep the same quantity and taste before adding the bubbles.
