The Sommelier's Choice

It is a hand-picked selection of non-alcoholic wines from our shop, covering red, white, rose and sparkling styles. The wines are made like regular wine, then dealcoholized.

You will find Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Tempranillo, Grenache and blends, plus sparkling whites, rose and even a sparkling red. Brands include Noughty, Edenvale, French Bloom and Luminara.

Serve whites, rose and sparkling wines well chilled, and reds slightly cool. Use the same glasses and food pairings you would for regular wine.

If you like white, start with Noughty Chardonnay Blanc. Red drinkers can try Noughty Syrah Rouge or Luminara Red Blend, and bubbles fans can go for Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay.

Pair them as you would regular wine. Whites and sparkling suit seafood, salads and light cheeses, rosé works with charcuterie, and reds such as Syrah or Pinot Noir go with grilled meats or pasta.
