Cherry & spice mix is “stewed” in the oven for 2 hours to create a jam blend of bloomed spices and caramelised cherries. Cold brew coffee givers a chocolate finish and adds tannin. Murray River salt provide salinity and creates a moorish sensation. Verjus from Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley, Australia. No added sugar. This is a sparkling red wine.
