Non-Alcoholic Chenin Blanc Wine

Chenin Blanc is a white grape known for fresh acidity and flavours of apple, pear and citrus, sometimes with a honeyed note. Cognato Chenin Blanc is the one in this collection.

Well chilled, around 8 to 10°C, on its own or with chicken, seafood, salads and mildly spiced dishes.

Non-alcoholic wine is made like regular wine and then has the alcohol removed. In Canada, it must be under 0.5% ABV to be sold as non-alcoholic.

It comes from South Africa's Coastal Region. The grapes are fully ripened and fermented at controlled temperatures, and the wine has a low sugar profile.

A crisp white like Chenin Blanc pairs well with fish, seafood, salads and light chicken dishes. It also works with mild cheeses.
