Non-Alcoholic Black IPA Beer

A black IPA is a dark beer brewed with the hops of an IPA. The version here is brewed without alcohol, so it looks like a stout but drinks like a hoppy beer.

You get roasty dark malt flavours with citrusy hop notes on top. It is darker than a regular IPA but not as heavy as a stout.

Serve it cold, but not ice cold, in a pint or tulip glass so the aromas open up. It pairs well with burgers, barbecue and chocolate desserts.
