Mocksecco

Mocksecco is a line of sparkling non-alcoholic wines in Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Moscato Rosé styles. They are made through a customized fermentation that keeps the alcohol very low.

It is a sparkling wine style with fruity notes such as green apple and citrus, so it plays the same role as a light, bubbly glass. It is not identical to an alcoholic prosecco.

Serve it well chilled, on its own, in a flute or wine glass. It also works in spritz-style drinks with a splash of juice or soda.
