Favuzzi

Favuzzi makes a dealcoholized Sparkling White Wine, a Ginger Beer and a Sicilian Lemon Tonic.

The Ginger Beer and Sicilian Lemon Tonic are made with the volcanic water of Etna. The ginger beer has a spicy ginger note and the tonic uses real lemon.

It is a dealcoholized white wine made from Verdejo grapes, from 20-year-old vines, developed to keep the character of the grape.

Serve it cold over ice with a wedge of lime. It also works as a base for a non-alcoholic mule-style mocktail.

Serve it well chilled in a flute or a white wine glass. It suits a toast, an aperitif or a meal.
