Clever Spirits

They are non-alcoholic spirits from Clever Mocktails: a Gin, a Rum and an Amaretto, all zero-proof.

It is built around juniper, citrus peel and aromatic herbs, with a bright, botanical profile like a classic gin.

The Rum has notes of caramel, vanilla, spice and oak, and works in rum and cola style drinks or over ice. The Amaretto is almond-forward and works in sours and over ice.

Start with the Gin if you like crisp, botanical drinks built around juniper and citrus peel. Choose the Rum for caramel, vanilla and spice, or the Amaretto if you prefer toasted almond.

Each one is made to echo the character of the classic: juniper and citrus for gin, caramel, spice and oak for rum, almond and vanilla for amaretto. They simply leave out the alcohol, so the feel is softer.
