Strawberry Spritz

A delightful twist on the classic spritz, this version combines the vibrant flavors of NOA Italian Aperitif with the sweet and fruity Red Unicorn Syrup. Topped with bubbles, it’s a refreshing and colorful drink perfect for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz (45 ml) NOA Italian Aperitif

• ½ oz (15 ml) red unicorn syrup

• 3 oz (90 ml) sparkling water

• Sliced strawberries or citrus fruit (to garnish)

PREPARATION

Step 1 : In a wine glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the sparkling water).

Step 2 : Mix with the stick.

Step 3 : Top up with sparkling water.

Step 4 : Garnish with sliced strawberries or a dehydrated citrus fruit.
