Non-Alcoholic Limoncello Spritz
Meet the Limonzero Spritz, the Amalfi Coast in a glass, without the alcohol. The classic limoncello spritz is sunshine and bubbles: sweet lemon liqueur, sparkling wine and a splash of soda over ice. Our version pours Pallini Limonzero, made with Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast, and tops it with Nozeco, an alcohol-free sparkling wine. Three ingredients, three steps, about two minutes. Bright, fizzy, and it tastes like a long summer afternoon in Italy.
Ingredients
2 oz (60 ml) of Pallini Limonzero
3 oz (90 ml) of Nozeco Sparkling Wine, well chilled
1 oz (30 ml) of soda water
Ice, and a lemon slice for garnish
Preparation
Pour: Fill a wine glass with ice and pour in the Pallini Limonzero.
Top: Add the Nozeco, then finish with the soda water.
Garnish: Stir once, gently, to keep the bubbles, and add a lemon slice.
Preparation advice
Limonzero goes in first. It is denser than the sparkling wine, so the bubbles poured on top mix the drink for you, and one gentle stir is all it needs. Keep everything cold: a well-chilled Nozeco holds its fizz longer and the ice melts slower. Prefer it less sweet? Use 1 ½ oz of Limonzero and a little more soda. Hosting a crowd? Pour the Limonzero into a pitcher using the same 2, 3, 1 ratio, then add the Nozeco and soda right before serving.
