This process imparts an unexpected aromatic strength for a non-alcoholic product.

Slightly sweetened to enhance maceration, as well as the texture and finish of the product on the palate, this is yet another product that deconstructs the norms to create a complex and distinctive "non-alcoholic gin," whether enjoyed on its own or in cocktails.
