All the trappings of a classic Italian Amaro, without any of the alcohol. Gentian-forward, bitter orange and rhubarb on the palate, and a long finish. This is a complex and robust aperitif to enjoy on the rocks, with some tonic water, or in a Negroni.
Created in collaboration with Flavio Angiolillo, the famous mixologist of the "1930" bar, one of the 50 Best Bars in the World.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, liquorice) and spices (cinnamon), lime juice, elderberry, safflower extract, potassium sorbate.
