After fermentation and maceration, only the alcohol is extracted, taining the wine’s aroma and flavor. Raspberry color, with dim bronze reflections. It has a delicate fruit aroma with a vegetable notes. To the mouth is smooth, fresh, gourmand, with an aftertaste that reminds of acid caramel.
