Les Bulles de Thé Mucha Tie Guan Yin sont nées de la métamorphose de ce thé oolong cuit « Tie Guan Yin », autrement connu sous le nom de Déesse de Fer de la Miséricorde. Sculptée de main de maître par Lao, cette création dévoile un nectar à la robe délicate et légèrement huileuse. Au nez, un bouquet intense de cacao brut se mêle à de subtiles notes de mandarine. En bouche, une attaque rafraîchissante d'agrumes s'associe habilement à des notes torréfiées distinctes, laissant place à une légère astringence rappelant l'écorce de raisin rouge.
