Ingredients:

• 50 mL Noroi Gin
• 10 mL All the Bitter Orange
• 5 mL simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• 1-2 dashes of Angostura bitters (optional, for added depth)
• 15 mL Noroi Vegan Foamer
• Ice
• Orange peel, for garnish
• A maraschino cherry, for garnish
  

Instructions:

1. In a mixing glass, combine the Noroi Gin, All the Bitter Orange, and simple syrup. If you prefer a more aromatic profile, add a dash of Angostura bitters.
2. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 20-30 seconds to chill and dilute the ingredients slightly.
3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Add 15 mL of Noroi Vegan Foamer and stir gently to combine, creating a smooth foam on top.
5. Express an orange peel over the drink by gently twisting it to release the oils, then drop it into the glass.
