Alcohol-free rosé wine made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After fermentation and maceration, only the alcohol is extracted, taining the wine’s aroma and flavor. Raspberry color, with dim bronze reflections. It has a delicate fruit aroma with a vegetable notes. To the mouth is smooth, fresh, gourmand, with an aftertaste that reminds of acid caramel.
