The Apero Spritz is an italian bitter tonic style cocktail, based on the Aperol Spritz, but more food friendly, with lemon and lime notes, lemongrass, rhubarb and cinchona bark. All natural ingredients and whole citrus fruit, juice and rind make up this bitter-with a hint-of-sweet, crushable zero-proof cocktail.

Notes: Bright, bitter, sweet and slightly herbal.
