Huge aroma of newmown grain with underlying fruity plum flavour, very lightly hopped. Lovely!
Very complex dry fruity grainy body, raisiny fruit to the fore, grainy malt lingering on the aftertaste. A very slight nutty note and a tiny hint of hops. Overall sweetness gives way to a drier finish.
A lovely Blanche beer, very refreshing.
