Ingredients:

• 50 mL NOA Non-Alcoholic Amaretto
• 25 mL fresh lemon juice
• 15 mL simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• 50 mL Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda
• 15 mL Noroi Vegan Foamer
• Ice
• Lemon slice or twist, for garnish
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish
  

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the NOA Non-Alcoholic Amaretto, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice.

2. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients well.

3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.

4. Top with Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda and give a gentle stir.

5. Add 15 mL of Noroi Vegan Foamer and shake again briefly to create a smooth, foamy texture.
