Whiskey Sour

Indulge in the smooth, sophisticated taste of a classic Whiskey Sour, reimagined without the alcohol! This Non-Alcoholic Whiskey Sour delivers all the iconic complexity: the rich, warm notes of a non-alcoholic whiskey alternative, beautifully softened by the natural sweetness of honey, and brightened by a zesty lemon kick. It's perfectly balanced, frothy (if you wish!), and incredibly satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. of Non Alcoholic Monday Whiskey
- 1 oz. of Honey Sour Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1 oz. of neutral or sparkling water (optional)
PREPARATION
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Non-Alcoholic Monday Whiskey, Honey Sour Syrup, and the egg white (or aquafaba). Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds WITHOUT ice to emulsify the egg white and create a rich foam.
- Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker. Shake again for another 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and further frothed.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass (over fresh ice if desired). If using, add 1 oz. of neutral or sparkling water to lengthen the drink. Garnish with an orange wedge or a cherry, and enjoy!
