Glen Dochus Derby
This Glen Dochus Derby Mocktail is the perfect choice, whether you’re getting ready for a night on the town or tucking into a full Scottish at the weekend.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Glen Dochus Royal Whiskey
- 30ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 5ml Scottish heather honey
- Dash of lemon juice
- Grapefruit twist to garnish
PREPARATION
Step 1 : Add all the ingredients except the garnish to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2 : Give it a good mix.
Step 3 : Pour into a chilled glass.
Step 4 : Garnish with grapefruit.
