Boreal Gin & Tonic

Inspired by the northern wilderness, this Boreal Gin & Tonic blends the earthy, herbal notes of gin with the distinct, crisp taste of Québécois Tonic. It’s a refreshing and wild twist on a classic, capturing the spirit of the boreal forest in every sip.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz (30 ml) NOA Garden Gin

• ½ oz (15 ml) Quebec tonic

• 2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

• Orange slice and rosemary (for garnish) 

PREPARATION

Step 1 : Pour all the ingredients into a tall glass, except the sparkling water.

Step 2 : Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.

Step 3 : Top up with sparkling water.

Step 4 : Garnish with an orange slice and fresh rosemary.
