Coffee Amaretto Sour

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of NOA - Amaretto
- ½ oz (15 ml) of USKO - Original Vodka
- ¼ oz (8 ml) of maple syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) of lemon juice
- 10 coffee beans
- 4 cm of emulsifier
- A few drops of bitters
PREPARATION
Step 1 : Place all ingredients in a shaker.
Step 2 : Fill with ice and shake until your fingers become very cold.
Step 3 : Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 4 : Garnish with a few drops of bitters.
