INGREDIENTS - DAIQUIRI
- 6oz Myth- Coconut White Cane Spirit - Rum Coco
- 1 Fresh mango
- 2 tbs Sugar
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
INGREDIENTS - TOPPING
- 1 tps Coconut cream
- 2 tbs Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbs Myth- Coconut White Cane Spirit - Rum Coco
- 1 tps Sugar
PREPARATION
Step 1 : Add the fresh mango with sugar, fresh lime juice and 6oz of Rum Coco in a blender.
Step 2 : Blend until smooth.
Step 3 : In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut cream, heavy whipping cream, sugar and coconut rum together until it becomes light and fluffy.
Step 4 : Pour the Daiquiri preparation in a glass.
Step 5 : Top with the topping preparation.
Step 6 : Garnish with fresh mango.
