Amaretti Affogato
It takes round the clock attention and the strictest of diets, to look this effortlessly exquisite. But when the dinner fork's laid down and the dessert cart rolls out, all bets are off. One simply must find time to treat oneself and nothing says after dinner treat like an Affogato, for a gato.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Lyre's Amaretti
- 1 1/2 oz. fresh espresso coffee
- One scoop vanilla ice-cream
PREPARATION
Step 1 : Combine the Lyre's Amaretti and the coffee.
Step 2 : Pour the liquid over the ice-cream in a glass.
