Experience the ultimate refreshing mocktail with our Virgin Mojito recipe. This crisp, non-alcoholic drink blends zesty fresh lime juice and muddled mint leaves with a premium non-alcoholic rum for an authentic flavor profile. Topped with bubbly sparkling water and a touch of sweetness, it's the perfect alcohol-free cocktail for summer lounging or festive celebrations.

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves

¾ oz (22 ml) of fresh lime juice

½ oz (15 ml) of SLIM Sugar-Free Simple syrup

1 ½ oz (45 ml) of Non-Alcoholic NOA Spiced Rum

2 oz (60 ml) of sparkling water

Ice

Preparation

01

Muddle: In a sturdy glass, combine the fresh mint leaves, ¾ oz lime juice, and ½ oz SLIM Sugar-Free Simple Syrup. Gently muddle the mint to release the essential oils without shredding the leaves.

02

Mix: Add 1½ oz Non-Alcoholic NOA Spiced Rum and fill the glass with ice. Stir well to chill the mixture and incorporate the flavors.

03

Top & Garnish: Top with 2 oz sparkling water. Give it a final light stir and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Preparation advice

Before you place the final mint sprig in the glass, smack it loudly against the back of your hand or the side of the glass. This "breaks" the capillaries in the leaves, releasing a massive burst of minty aroma that the drinker will smell with every sip.

Crushed ice has more surface area, which chills the drink faster and helps keep the mint leaves suspended throughout the glass rather than having them all float to the top or sink to the bottom.

Remember: the ice is an ingredient, not just a cooler. Using crushed ice allows the mint and lime to stay perfectly suspended, ensuring that every sip, from the first to the last, is consistently bright, icy, and aromatic.
