THE SMOLDERING CHERRY

The Smoldering Cherry has all the ingredients of the traditional cocktail, but with an exciting new twist. Made with mezcal and served with a smoldering spring of cherry and citrus as an aromatic garnish, it's sure to be a treat for your taste buds. 

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Monday Mezcal
• 1 tsp Cherry juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1/4 oz Fresh orange juice
• 1/4 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/4 oz Cane Syrup
• 2 dashed Orange Bitter (optional)

PREPARATION

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake until cold. Strain into a salt-rimmed short glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with fresh lime zest and enjoy!
