Dr. Pepper Bourbon Mocktail

A bold and nostalgic creation by Alex Atman from La Décapsule, this Cola Maison mocktail is a rich, cherry-forward twist on classic cola with a bourbon-style kick. Perfect for warm evenings or cozy nights in.

INGREDIENTS

• 3/4 oz. of Cola Syrup
• 1 & 1/4 oz. Spiritless - Kentucky 74 - Bourbon
• 2 oz. of sparkling water
• 3 cherries crushed in a glass with a pestle
• a pinch of nutmeg
  

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the cherries until well crushed.
2. Add 3/4 oz. Cola Maison, Spiritless Bourbon, and sparkling water. Stir gently.
3. Pour into a glass over ice, top with a pinch of nutmeg, and enjoy the moment
